Les prix de l\u2019immobilier continuent d\u2019augmenter, en particulier dans les zones c\u00f4ti\u00e8res populaires telles que la Costa Blanca et la Costa del Sol. Les p\u00f4les \u00e9conomiques comme Madrid et Barcelone connaissent \u00e9galement des hausses de prix constantes.
