L&rsquo;offre de logements neufs couvre \u00e0 peine 30\u00a0% de la demande totale.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, c&rsquo;est <strong>la loi de l&rsquo;offre et de la demande<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient toutefois de noter que, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 il y a environ trois ans, les prix sur les c\u00f4tes espagnoles \u00e9taient en moyenne deux fois moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux des \u00eeles Canaries, des Bal\u00e9ares, de l&rsquo;Italie et de la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Azur.<\/p>\n<p>Certes, les prix sur les c\u00f4tes espagnoles ont augment\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, mais
