We never build two identical homes. Each villa is completely tailor-made, according to your specific wishes and needs. As a customer you are in control and you can choose absolutely EVERYTHING yourself, such as:

• The layout
• The exterior appearance (color, crepi, natural stone, accent walls, etc.)
• Floor tiles
• Bathrooms (furniture, taps, toilets)
• Kitchen
• Swimming pool
• Windows, front door, patio, and more.

And the icing on the cake, we strive for energy efficiency. Our homes are built with at least a B-label EPC, and often even with an A-label, depending on the amount of glazing. A B label almost corresponds to a NZE home: Almost Energy Neutral.
